Liko's formal complaint to the United Nations

Here is Liko's formal complaint to the United Nations, filed October 25, 2015, regarding the foreign domination of Hawaiʻi by the USA.  It can be viewed on his website, or directly downloaded as a PDF.  It is 33 pages long, and contains many important points of international policy, as well as the importance of a free Hawaiʻi to the need for lasting world peace.

A recent article by the BBC featured Liko's performance with Laulani Teale (assisted by Palani Vaughn and others) at the opening of the DOI hearings in 2014.  This was the first major public performance of "Red Ribbons", and sparked a "red ribbon" movement throughout Hawaiʻi.
