And the Great Spirit says that all things are sacred, from the smallest grain of sand and dust, to the mightiest mountain...
and every drop of water of the mountain stream and all the oceans. 
Be thankful that we have time, for in it, all things can be healed. Pray for each other, for we are one. 
Begrudge not the task before you, for it is the path upon which your soul is journeying. Smile and accept your life, for it is the gift of life.
Persevere with grace, for it shall in the end, and through it all, bring you peace.
