Liko led the students of Hālau Kū Mana Charter School in a rousing rendition of "Red Ribbons" (about Queen Lili'uokalani's journey to Washington DC, where she filed her protest against annexation to the US in 1897) at the opening of the State Legislature. Go 'ōpio!!!
